About Us

ERA Jewelry is a brand of Nshanyan LLC, registered in the Republic of Armenia. We design and produce handcrafted birthstone jewellery sold online and through retail partners in Yerevan.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. Because items are handmade from natural stones, minor variations in colour and stone pattern from product images are inherent to the craft and do not constitute a defect. Prices are stated in Armenian Drams (AMD) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed once full payment is received. Payment is accepted by card via Ameriabank or Ardshinbank secure payment pages. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or confirmed fraud, with a full refund issued.

Delivery

We deliver within the Republic of Armenia. Delivery times and costs are stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the delivery carrier.
