General Principle
All ERA Jewelry pieces are handcrafted to order from natural stones and materials. Because each item is individually assembled upon purchase, it falls under the exception for made-to-order goods and is not subject to return or exchange under Article 29 of the RA Law “On Consumer Rights Protection”.
No Right of Cancellation After Payment
Once payment has been confirmed and production of your order has begun, the order cannot be cancelled and a refund cannot be issued on the basis of a change of mind.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will assess the claim and, where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, repair or replace the item at no charge.
Wrong Item Sent
If you received a different item from what you ordered, notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange collection and resend the correct item.
Process for Approved Claims
Approved return or replacement requests must deliver the item to any of our store locations (Yerevan Mall, Dalma Garden Mall, Five Concept Store, Made) or ship it to us prepaid. Replacements are dispatched once the returned item is received and inspected.
Packaging
Items submitted for return or replacement must be returned in their original ERA signature packaging where possible. Items showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
